The OTE Group Business Model: The OTE Group business model aims to create value for its shareholders, but also for customers, society, and employees. In this model, the OTE Group's inputs, value creation for stakeholders, and outputs are presented.
The OTE Group Corporate Responsibility Policy: This Policy reflects the Group's Corporate Responsibility governance, through which the integration of sustainability-related issues into key business processes, is achieved.
The OTE Group Social Charter: The Social Charter expresses the Group's commitment to corporate governance ethics, which serves as a guide for the behavior of all its employees, investors and suppliers
Materiality Analysis: The Group's companies identify the most important sustainability issues through the "Materiality Analysis", which is conducted in accordance with the Group's Corporate Risk Management approach.
Corporate Responsibility Team: Management of Corporate Responsibility issues is referred to the OTE Group's Corporate Responsibility Team which consists of more than 50 representatives from all Business Units. The Head of the Corporate Responsibility Team is the OTE Group’s Corporate Communications Executive Director.
